Early Homo-Sapien tribes:How did they function in day-to-day life?

Eat, slept, made tools, bred, hunted/scavenged survived, and over many years evolved not much else can be said about them from the archaeological record, there is evidence they may have migrated large distances and they were said to be nomadic.
