Hello.. I'm a bachelor tired of hamburgers and spaghetti. Could you please tell me an easy way cook pork chops? My mom would fry them or bake them but I much prefer them baked. I mostly need to know what spices to use, how much to season, and time in the oven. I like my pork chops dark - pretty well done. I know this is probably simple stuff to of you wonderful folks who have been doing this for years but this will be a first for me and I'm really looking forward to seeing if I can actually cook!
