I'm home alone and need something nice and healthy for dinner. Our fridge is pretty empty - I don't mind how complicated the dish is though. We only really have broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, some cooked chicken from last night, corn, zucchini, tzatziki, cabbage, eggs, capsicum, peas, cheese and random basic ingredients in the pantry (eg. couscous, canned beans, flour, cream of tartar, sauerkraut, oils, herbs, lentils, spaghetti, sauces, rice, onions, garlic etc..)
Sorry about the terrible grammar, I'm trying to post this fast...
If anyone could think of easy, high carbohydrate but still healthy recipes for dinner, it would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
