Sorry for asking this again, but all the previous answers I've found were a little old.
So basically I've downloaded a DVDR, so now I've got a directory with Video_Ts files in it.
I'm looking for an free (and good) dvd burning program that can burn these files back into a DVD. Could anyone advise me any programs?

One more little question: When you burn those files onto a DVD again. Will the DVD be of the same quality as if you bought it in store? Or will there still be a (big) difference?
