Easy way to transfer contacts from LG cookie to Blackberry curve?

I've just got a Blackberry Curve but non of my contacts have come through from my LG cookie - obviously they werent saved on the SIM card. Is there an easy way to transfer the contacts or must I do it all manually?
 
you might have to do it manually or transfer all contacts to your sim then put it into your blackberry and move them to contacts...hope it helps! :)
 
put the sim back into the lg cookie and transfer all contacts to sim, then when you put it into the bb they all should be there :)
