I know this should be possible but my brain is fried. I'm trying to set up my "new" PC and can't have both plugged in at once. I can save files to my partner's PC and transfer from them though...........
save the internet bookmarks from your old computer on a floppy disk. Then insert it into your new computer, and download the bookmarks onto your new computer.
There's probably a MUCH better way, but what I always do is copy and paste each link into an e-mail, then I send the e-mail to myself, then I open it up on the new computer and bookmark each site that way. It does take a long time, but it works!
Can you compile all of the links into a bookmarks file and then just e-mail the file to yourself?
Just navigate to your favourites folder in windows explorer, should be in C:\Documents and Settings\******\Favorites, then copy the folder to a flash drive and transfer it to your new computer. Install it in the same place on your new PC.
If you can't find the folder just do a windows search for it.
