My weight is 50+kg and I wish to REDUCE more weight to 45kg...My life is quite busy with working and travelling therefore the only thing i find easy to nibble/eat is bread...and it grew to a habit of eating only bread..different type of bread of course! So it is healthy just to eat bread without eating single rice..? And will my weight goes up since bread contain carbohydate like rice..? After all, the other reason why i don't eat rice is because I wish to reduce my weight. Btw ..finding time for me to exercise is really difficult too..so can u recommend me other alternatives to keep me fit but lose more weight...I know walking is an exercise too but how long do i need to walk per day in order for me to lose weight & fit?

The bad thing about bread is it has a lot of calories. Try yogurts, and fruits in replacement for some of those bread servings. Fruits and Veggies will help you drop weight and you can eat as much as you want without worrying about it!

Bread is a carb and carbs are what adds the weight. I would suggest going on a low carb diet if you are serious about losing weight. You can't live on bread a lone. Proteins are the best thing for you if you are trying to diet: (i.e. meats, cheese, veggies, fruits) BUT eat veggies and fruits in moderation as those have carbs as well. I went on a diet where I ate no more than 65 carbs a day. Go to your local book store and pickup a carb counting book to carry around with you.
