basically, i cut my calories to getting 300 a day, and burning them all off running 4 miles a day. im recovering.
i was 5`7 and 99 lbs.
now, im up to like 107 and I HATE IT. my face looks fat, my stomach is hugely chubby and bloated and i dont know what to do? whats a good eating plan for calorie intake to maintain.
