This is my second month of my new life basically. Cut out all the crap from my diet, started doing 3-4 miles extra and weight training.

In 9 weeks, ive lost 7lb and thats it. My stomach (UNDERNEATH THE FAT) is harder then before (i take it the muscles are hardening-getting stronger) but im seeing no difference in my stomach or thigh area (these areas carry of my body fat percentage weight)

What am i doing wrong? HOW LONG is it going to take?

I want to get to this: http://media.photobucket.com/image/skinny%20tummy/keshakeywilliams/Jordan/My%20Motivation%20to%20be%20Skinny%20Again/EvidenceB.jpg?o=9

Help!?

Your objective may be flawed. Health and fitness should be your goals, not weight loss. You've probably heard it before, but muscle weighs more than fat. It's true. If you are gaining muscle by working out, then 7 pounds of weight loss is huge! You're doing excellent. Just try not to concentrate on the weight as much. Are you looking better? Are you feeling healthier? Has your self-esteem improved? These are the important questions.

Edit also my wife has lost 20 pounds in 2 months on the Atkins diet. Mom lost 55 pounds and dad lost 65 pounds. They stick to the diet most of the time and the weight stays off. This is without exercise.

7 pounds is perfectly respectable weight loss. Do you want to keep it off for life, or do you want to gain it back right away? As annoying as it is, I've found that the slower the weight has come off, the easier it was to keep it off. It sounds like you're doing the right things. Keep up the good work. Also, make sure you're eating ENOUGH. People don't realize that eating too little can often stall your weight loss. Vary your caloric intake from one day to the next to keep your metabolism moving.
