Eating healthier? What's healthy anymore?

I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow, and I currently have apples, peanut butter, whole grain bread, honey nut cheerios, and ruby red grapefruit on my list.

Should I take any of those off the list, and what should I add on?
 
That sounds good to me. Try a low-fat diet. You have a good start.
 
that's a really healthy list but i think you should add some veggies onto it. get some veggies and you're on a healthy diet! :)
