Hey, i was buying a cosplay outfit and they needed meaasurements and so on so i gave it all to them, they were going to add extra charges for express shipping and stuff. Then i needed to commit to buy. But my computer seized and my paypal confirmed the purchase! so i have actually paid for it. its out of my account. But the person didnt get to edit the invoice so i didnt get to pay the extra for express (and i really need it express)
I emailed them straight away!
Is there any way to fix this?
Could they cancel or refund.... but thats silly cause i still want the item.
Or could i just send them the money for express?
I'm new to ebay and my computer freezing up was out of nowhere.
P.S the seller has dif time zones so i dont hear back from them for a fair few hours and im freaking out
