Now what happened was tht I won a bidding at a cheap rate of a product(xfx gts 250).I currently was in pakistan so asked the seller if i could get it here(he only ships it to Usa).after like two days he told me tht he wont ship it to pakistan and wont even sell the product to me.he thinks it would be a hustle.i sent him a reply saying tht i am comin to Usa in two week and he has to sent it to Texas(Houston).But neva got a reply back.(i sent him this mail on 20 september 2010 and the bid closed like on 13 september 2010).nOW ON 6 OCTOBER I SEE HE SENT ME THIS CANCELLING TRANSACTION THINGY.Note:AT THIS POINT I HAVENT PAID HIM BECAUSE I THOUGHT I CAN LOSE MONEY.lol.so now i rote to him tht its his problem and he cant cancell the transaction because i want the product.So now plz tell me wht shuld i do.plz rite everthin.shuld i pay him or not.shuld i cancel transaction or wht.Ireally want tht product.and has he really sold the product.10 points
