when i the buyer pays for shipping and ups comes to pick it up what do i need do i need my own box and do i need the stamps or does ups do that? i know it might soundstupid but i really don't get it

because i have only bought stuff from ebay i have never sold something this is my first time and if you have any tips for me please leave them thx
