i buy eggbeaters and it states consume within 7 days after opening but i never even come close to consuming all of it within 7 days, so i was wondering what would be the adverse effects of eating it after 7 days? in the past i've consumed it 2-3 weeks after opening and they seemed fine to me--no difference in taste or stomach problems afterwards, so i don't see a problem with keeping it in the fridge for longer than 7 days, especially since it gets cooked anyways, thus i'm guessing killing any bacterias or whatever....anyone can tell me any problems though?
