...and that is it? l tried to get my money back but they do not get back to the many emails l sent them, and there is no phone No that you can call them on here in OZ. They ones that THEY thought l would like where 20 years older then me, lived no where near me, or even in the same state as me.
 
That really sucks. There's probably somewhere you could complain to, and maybe get their help to get your money back. I hope it's not a subscription or direct debit fee each month or anything like that.
Maybe you could contact consumer affairs? Or there must be some kind of ombudsman you can go to for advice about getting your money back or how to contact them.
