ejecting a DVD from my mac book pro?

I have a DVD stuck in my lap top and it wont eject. How do I eject it? Thanks for any help
 
If it's a slot loader, get a couple of playing cards and slip them in over the disk in the slot. That should get the drive to release the disk. You may need a pair of tweezers to grip the edge of the dvd when it slides out.

A debit/credit card works too.
 
there is no "hole" to put a pin in it. it's a slot load type. just to the right and in side of the slot use the paper clip there to find the release button and push in but not to hard.
 
Hello ,

Open Player/Windows Media Player . click eject . Or an opened up paper clip will be carefuly inserted into the hol in the tray door and push gently and release clip and drawer will open .
