blow up a hospital and trick a few disposable guys to stay there and shoot the cops as a distraction and that youll get them some how, while you and a group of people cut off the phones/cell phones[idk if thats even possible but w/e] and just enter the bank with silencers and blast everyone.

well i used to work at kroger and like once a month ppl wud rob the bank inside. they wud just go in, hand them a note saying sumthing threatening, then walk out quietly with a ton of money.

-ok the banks vault is not always closed (at least not at the bank i go to)
-hire 4-6 people to part take
-1 person goes in about once day and make usual transactions(said person changes day to day)
-this may take a long time until the vault is seen open
-the other member are alway 1 block away
-once the guys see the vault open he calls other members
-next a pre-set bomb goes off across town
-everyone comes in wear mask etc. (the member in the bank previously must act like other hostages)
-instantly kill all bank employees
-raid vault and the money behind counter

get a guy on the inside. have a man apply to be a teller, janitor, etc. give him a few months to do some recon, take pics, get blueprints, whatever.
have him make a spare set of keys out of molding wax in the bathroom. he should also know the alarm entry and where all the security stuff is.
tap into the system and loop the cameras so that its feeding itself an image, so you can walk around and not be seen on camera
disable silent alarm, and waltz into the bank during the day, shoot all customers/staff. everybody.
even your inside man, who will be pretending to be scared. keep one teller alive to open the safe and retreive the money to be placed into bags in your truck.
keep a few customers alive as hostages in case police interfere.
walk outside the bank, while police and news cameras are watching, and shoot one of your 5 hostages. make a statement. make the people know its real and that you arent afraid to kill anyone. fear is KEY
walk back into the bank, load the money bags into a bulletproof, supercharged, hummer H2 with a .50 cal on top.
load up the hostages into a seperate, but identical hummer. nothing is different. place 2 of your 8 crew into the car with the money, one as driver one as gunner
the other 6 go into the hostage hummer. it will be cramped. tie a body onto the end with a rope and drag as you drive. gore is good.
the hostage hummer drives out with the hostages down and out of sight. nobody can know that the money isnt in that one. windows up, gunner on top. anything fights back, you kill it. drive to the nearest dock, where a boat will be waiting. do not let the authroities know where you are going until you are less than a mile away. turn alot and make it look random.
the other vehicle with the cash, you, and two crew members will wait inside the bank. wire the entrance with explosives so that people stay out. majke sure theyre focus is on the other hummer, not the bank, have your gunner kill anyone that comes within distance of your car.
wait about 5 minutes. enough so that the majority of police cars are after the other one. at the point the other hummer should throw a hostage out. the police know that the hostages are in the other one and their attention is focused on that. slip out a back way and get as far away as possible. swap vehicles every 5 miles, ending witha honda oddeysey that appears to be going on vacation
the other people/hostages are not your concern. they do not know your real name, information, address, or plan. they were told to drive so they drove. if they are arrested, it is not a problem. you and 2 crew members just got away with millions of dollars. nicely done. secure it offshore and enjoy your retirement
