These findings were not from the telegraph (which i dont read) but rather The Taxpayers' Alliance (TPA) http://www.taxpayersalliance.com/index.shtml

It's my understanding that Labour are against limitations.

There actually rising every year

There's also Labours excessive NHS targets which are causing hospitals to cancel or delaying much need operations in favour of quick op's that will enable them to need targets.

How about sending those to prison for a long time what commit murder, while being less harsh (i.e. community service or similar) to those who simply refuse to pay for a parking fine .

There was a recent case of an elderly woman who made hash cakes for her and her friends to help with their arthritis was threatened with jail. Had she set up a stall outside Brixton staton she wouldn't have even gotten a caution

Another example - in Wales, a family constantly called the police after ravers would constantly convene on their land were always ignored, told to deal with the metter themselves. So when they destroy the sound system of the ravers - how quickly do you think the police arrives

How about the police spending £10,000 to convict a woman who was eating an apple while driving

It things like this that annoy me.

Any improvements have been marginal, and the fact it has taken 8 years is appaling. It still dosn't take away the fact that Labour record is terrible. They sure paint a good picture - i'm still waiting for the real thing
