i'm 14 [virgin] and i've had a lot a discharge since like age 9 and today i mean like i ran to the bathroom because it felt like i wet my self or something[monthly] but it was tons of discharge i mean half the time i go to the bathroom is to wipe and it'a annoy. i refuse to talk to my mom she makes everything so embarrassing so i just wanted to know how to decrease it. maybe drink more water i don't know help?

It's probably normal! Normal healthy women do have discharge. Try looking on webMD.com As long as it's not green or smelly or anything weird like that, I wouldn't stress about it.
If it bothers you too much you can find a clinic near you that will see you. Google free clinics and Planned parenthood (they do GYN visits too) They're confidential.

Well discharge is normal and it is totally possible that what you are going though it normal.

I don't know of any way to stop it though except go to a doctor and see what's up.

However, you could buy some panty-liners (not pads) which will help you be a little more comfortable and a little less self consious about the discharge.

drinking water isnt going to help, trust me.

even tho right now ur mom makes everything embarrasing, when ur 18,19,20 the things she says wont be. just talk to her!! if u cant find someone at school that u can trust and talk to. maybe even ur best friends' mom. (i know my bf mom always helped me out)


or visit a doctor/school nurse
