Embedd Flash Animation in HTML for Apple (MAC/iPad) ... any help on that?

I have created an animation in flash and embedded it to a HTML page. The animation in page works fine in windows system but, it doesn't work on apple products. Is there any other work around where we post a video or another way to embed animation for apple products (Mac/iPad/iPhone)...

In detail:
I have created a flash animation.
I want to embed it in HTML page and also want it to work in both mac & windows

In which format should I export or convert the movie so that it works the way i want it to be.

Use the flash movie converter and save it as QuickTime or other video format and use HTML 5.

iOS doesn't support Flash. Adobe also makes a tool called Flash Builder (aka Flex), and the latest version (4.5) has support for iPad and iPhone.
