Although I've known of eminems presense in the music for years, I never really became a fan until this summer. I noticed his change in style 10 years ago til now but I don't believe he's a sellout at all. Even that new song "Lighters" that he's in is good, though it's way different from anything I've heard him do before. What do you think of Eminems new style, and if you're a fan, do you believe he's a sellout?

He knows how to put the fans in his shoes and view the stories he tell through his eyes. Eminem holds no punches, says how he feels and brings full emotion to his music - DOPE!

Well I must say, I am a HUGE fan. ( I mean kind of like to the stalker point lol. ) I know before he had more.. humor in his work and now he takes it more seriously and is way more serious. He is with new people and working with the popular music artists today.

I don't think he's a sellout at all, I think he is just working with what is today " the "in" music" he changed his style a little and thats all, and I don't see anything wrong with that.

Now one more thing, right before you asked this question I was taking an Eminem quiz, while listening to his music and after that seeing his interview and funny video on youtube. Ironic huh? :)

I loved his older music. I am still a huge fan, but his songs now seem way more tame. I also like him when he's on a track by himself no other singers..lighters and love the way you lie seemed mainstream his older work is better (fack, beautiful, stan, rain man, and the list goes on..)

slim was like when he was young and rebellious but now hes not at that age and hes done with drugs so no more slim i guess maybe more of a "funny eminem" so no, not a sellout. new style help him fight himself(drugs)- being angry and loud makes him a fighter

Did you just use lighters as an example of a "non-sellout" song..?

-_-

edit: @spiderman, tell me you're not one of the idiots who think Relapse was his first album...
