Emulators dont work..on my psp..?

So my friend hacked my psp..and he added two emulators..DGEN.. and CPS2PSP..but everytime I try to load them it says.."The game could not be started.(80020148)..whats wrong..???

my psp is the fat one and it is 3.80 M33-5......

make certain your ems are in the 'game' folder of your 'psp' folder of your memory stick. perhaps it would be wise to update your firmware to 5.XX? 3.80 is pretty old. the em may not work with that firmware also...just guessing..
