In the dark I replaced the battery, I put the cables on backwords. Now there is no "juice" to anything- won't start-no lights -nothing-won't even turn over. What could be the problem? Cables are connected correct on both ends, all fuses show no sign of being burnt. I really need to get it running again. Someone PLEASE HELP!

The fusible link in the lead between the battery and the alternator is probably melted. Check it and if has melted the you will need to replace that.

Put the cables on the right way. Red=positive, black=negative... If it doesn't start, still, jump your car and let the alternator charge the battery.
