EnV2 inside keypad problems?!?

i have the env2 and i just got it like last month... i try hard not to drop it (only twice from about 4 feet off the couch) and all of a sudden my "y" key on the inside keyboard isnt working unless i press it really hard... y is this happening?!
 
Is there visible sign(s) of user damage? If not, I suggest utilizing warranty.
