Env2 Sync Music Promblems?
Hey guys
Today I went to the store I bought a 2g Memory card ,music and wireless internet kit ( came with a cd and usb cord ) and headphones which don't matter haha. Also I have vista , so i download the CD and I install it says to download something form the site which I did , so I downloaded all these songs and put then in Windows Media Player , I drag them to Sync I get on my Env2 and open up sync and error came up (connect failure please check your cable connection to the pc) but the usb is on the computer fine, there noting wrong with the usb its new and not ripped what should I do, this is real annoying me i stayed up about 3-4 hours unplugging restarting doing random stuff ,
