er having bathroom issues.. anyone care to assist?

so i been feeling sorta strange lately. occasionally my torso area grumbles for no reason, and i would have this strange light pain feeling on my lower abdominal area starting from belly button and lower. when i go to the bathroom i sometimes poop out little small segments of poo, and sometimes it all comes out but its not a solid roll of poo but rather kinda watery and has no shape (watery poop)

whats up with this?
and this happens ocasionally throughout the day time (usually morning, right now i just went to bathroom and im feeling the light pain). however at night i seem to be perfectly fine
 
If this has been going on for quite awhile, I would call a doctor and ask. However, if this has just happened recently, it just sounds like its gas and you ate something probably days ago that wasn't good for you. Because I have gotten something like that a few times due to eating really bad oysters, and it lasted for a week or two. It was a sharp pain in that area though, and then my back would cramp up.
