Hello

For a about a year now, I have been experiecing erectile problems and the blood flow to my genital region seems to be less than it used to be. I recall that shortly before I noticed this problem, I briefly experimented with smoking cigarettes. It was never a complete habit and over a course of about three months I maybe smoked 3-4 packs of cigarettes. Since then I have not had a cigarette in over a year and certainly have no intention of trying again.

I heard that cigarettes can cause ED, and I wanted to know what the chances are that my relatively brief time smoking cigarettes caused any permanent damage to my erectile function.

Anybody know? Please don't tell me how bad smoking is, I know, it was a bad move.

The odds that cigarette smoking caused your ED are about 17E-12% ...not at all.

Cigarettes do not cause long term ED, why that is is that any smoke you inhale saturates your bloodstream with carbon monoxide which constricts blood vessels and is a nitros oxide killer (nitros oxide delivers more blood to where it's supposed to go), after a solid day of smoking I find it difficult to "get up" but if I limit my smoking or wait a few hours I don't have a problem. Keep in mind your little guy is also a health indicator, a solid doable diet and lots of water are the main ingredients, underlying stress and dopamine deficiency also can play a role in ED. Happy mind and body = happy penis, other than happy mind and body = unhappy penis.
