Error 3194 iTouch 2g and Disabled?

I found an old itouch of mine that i no longer remember the firmware of or the passcode, i disabled it trying codes and i no longer have the computer it was sync'd to. i tried restoring 3.1.3 2g but i keep getting 3194, i already tried the hosts file method to fix and it did not work, i wish to jailbreak it again so if anyone has a solution or helpful site links it would be much appreciated. thanks
 
Apple is no longer singing 3.1.3. If you do not have your SHSH hashes saved on Cydia, then you have to update to whatever the latest firmware is. The iPod touch 2G is part of th pwned4life family, so you will be able to jailbreak no matter what.
