The most recent was when I has a dream that my sister was kidnapped and I thought it was my fault. In my dream, I felt sick to my stomach, and I was breathing hard in agony, and on the verge of tears. I woke up to my heart rate slowing down from a fast pace, and tears beginning to form in my eyes.
