97,dodge slt laramie club cab 4x4 360 v8.....awesome truck no lie but still im just starting to put new parts in an on it,plus other things...dings scratches an dents still on it an other stuff,NO WHERE near show ready...I guess i dont like it when ppl say that cause its not up to MY standard yet..any viewpoints?
 
Jeez, just take the compliment and say thanks. No one cares what you plan to do to it, if they think it's nice, let them think it's nice. Stop being an @$$ about it.
 
I guess you are just like me. My first car was a 95 celica. I own it for 1 year and a half and I bought it all mess up inside. I did a lot of work to it but I was never satisfied, there was always something that had to be fix. Then I sold it and now I got a 2001 mercury cougar and the person I got it from seem to not care about the car. It had some cosmetic issues that made the car look ugly and I fix them in less that 10 minutes. Other stuff I have done is replace a broken mirror, put new tires, new brakes, engine had like 5 pounds of dirt on it so I had to clean it. Interior was in great conditions but it was all dirty too but now its all clean. radio wasn't working cuz the antenna was not connected (easy fix). Now it just needs a paint job cuz of some scratches and dents around the body.

And even thought the seats are clean I want leather seats so I might buy new ones or I might sell the car later.

So yeah I'm picky on a car.
