Ex breeding bitch saggy tum... what helps?

I am about to get an ex puppy farm lab who has a very very saggy tummy, with a lot of loose skin.
Other than good exercise and diet, is there anything i can do to help this? Is it likely to go up very much.
Also I heard that hydrotherapy/swimming helps, has anyone tried this?

She's not very old, 4-5, but who know how many litter's she's had.
I'm not bothered in terms of appearance, but more because I'm worried on her catching it on brambles or being uncomfortble. I don't want to consider surgery unless it really causes her grief, but want to do everything I can to help her.

if a dog is bred more than once then the underbelly does get saggy..theres nothing really you can do to bring it back to the way it should b..
its a result of producing milk and the puppies tugging at her teets..
