i need to loose weight, but i really would like a professionals help to tell me how much excersize a day and what types of things to eat so i can loose it in a healthy way. i'm hoping to loose 30 pounds in 3-4 months? i'm 17 and have never been the thin girl. i really have been trying my hardest and actually lost 12 pounds in about 2 and a half months, but have gained it back after 2 months. i was doing well, but hit a plateau and it discouraged me. school is 7:30 am - 2 pm and i have work from 3:00- 5:30 mon-thurs. so i'm usually really tired after i come home from school and do hw. i walk 15 minutes to get to work usually, everyday except for bad weather. i need to have more STRUCTURE. i need to have a schedule of when to eat and excersize. that way it will be like hw. and i always do my hw so it will seem easier. i don't have a lunch period, but can eat quick non messy meals in class. please help!!
