Exchanging a phone at T-Mobile?

I purchased a Sidekick LX on Dec.7 and lately I been having with it. For example: slow loading and when I flip the screen the display turns upside down. I would like to know if I could exchange my phone for equal or lesser value along with paying the extra fees.

if you are under contratc with it, unless it is a manufactuerer problem withthe phone, you genenrly need to wait 12-16 months to upgrade, if the phone is bad and it is a problem it came with, they will probably under warranty allow you to exchange it for the exact same phone but not upgrade, butthis varies company to company

if you go there and tell them that your phone is like slowed down and the screen is upside down they give you a new one cuz mine was really slow and they gave me a new one :]

since you purchased the phone at t-mobile and it is giving you problems they should replace it free of charge. you should try calling them and explaining to them your problems and they will probably tell you to take the phone to your nearest t-mobile store or they may arrange for you to return the phone to them and they send you a replacement. when i exchanged my phone with them they sent me the new phone with packaging to return the damaged phone to them.
