Okay so i got a exercise Bike today! And i really want to know...
Will using the exercise bike make my legs really muscley and more bigger then now - or will they get toned and in nice shape and burn my flab?
Will the exercise bike make any other muscles in my body work except my legs
(and if not what are some workouts to work along with it)
And i really want to get slimed by the time school starts again
And i done a hour on the bike for the first time is that to much for the 1st day?,
Ohh and to help how many calories should i be losing in a day to get to my targeted date?
