exterminating the spots on my back lol ? Help?

Sometimes i get spots on my back not loads but some. what is teh best way to get rid or them???

Like acne? You can go to a dermatologist and they can give you medication. If they're uneven skin tones just get a body wash that's meant for dead skin, which will also help with the acne if that's what you're referring to. Oh and as for uneven skin tones biosilk works wonders. I use it to get rid of my patchy red skin on my face it work quite well I must say.

Biosilk, never heard of such thing i might have to go pick this up what is it a facial wash or body wash... cuss i do have red patchy redness on my cheeks and nose very uneven skintone and texture this would help me out i hope.
