Phone which that stupid program keeps coming back on is LG VX8350
I have had to talk to Verizon personally on 3 different levels about this stupid program. First I went to the store I bought it from and the clerk worked with both phones, mine is a LG DARE. Which he said he took it off and credited my account. Okay I was happy about that. Then the next month, it was on my bill again! This didn't sit right with me so I called and the lady help me though on the phone, she worked with me and got it off my phone and told me how to get it off his. and Then credited it off my account again. So I was glad.
Mind you that was the second time. So I was pretty ticked off when my bill came again and it was still on his phone! Okay now by then I was at Best Buy and talked with them there. and when I got home, received and email that it was taken of again and he said he removed it off my husbands phone. Canceled and everything.
But now its 12am and i received my most recent bill and guess what. ITS BACK ON THERE!!!! I am so fed up right now I am going to go to the store tomorrow and complain .
Does anyone know how to remove that from a LG VX phone please tell me how....or I'll just probably have to pay the 400 dollars and cancel my service
