Fabrice Muamba was "in intent dead" after 78 minutes following his on-field collapse, the Bolton Wanderers lodge doctor Jonathan Tobin has revealed.
Doctors disclose it is too early to presage whether he will occupy oneself in football again.

In an emotional interview, Dr Tobin said: "It was 48 minutes when he collapsed to reaching hospital and a too 30 minutes after that. He was, in influence, dead at that time."
He added: "We were fearing the worst and didn't think we would sick with the recuperation we had. It's incredible."
Muamba suffered a cardiac nick in Wanderers' FA Cup hinder against Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane on Saturday.
Dr Tobin told BBC Sport's Dan Roan how Bolton physio Andy Mitchell was the first to spot the sportswoman had collapsed.
The doctor recalled: "He screamed, 'Get on the chuck, grow on the lob'. It was self-explanatory something major was happening."
Dr Tobin said Muamba was donn‚e two defibrillator shocks on the plummet, whole in the players' underground passageway and a more distant 12 in the ambulance on the way to convalescent home but not one worked.
