Facebook contacts not syncing with Motoblur?

I have Motorola Cliq and I did factory reset. Before, I can see all my contacts, but now I can't see anyone from Facebook. My facebook account is added to Motoblur accounts but I don't see anyone from Facebook. Any ideas?

I cannot answer your question at the moment but I am having the same problem, I upgraded from a dext (uk version of cliq) to a milestone 2 (uk version of droid 2) and logged into my motoblur account and while this has added my facebook account to the phone it simply refuses to import my facebook contacts, also the widget that shows status updates now shows everything except status updates, I get notifications of people adding photos, posting links, posting events etc but no actual personal status updates!

I tried adding and removing the facebook account, making up a new motoblur account and neither of those worked.

I have seen similar problems online in the past few years where it appeared that things just suddenly started working again, perhaps this is an issue with the motoblur server? It might also be related to the recent facebook overhaul!?

I'm sorry I cannot answer your question but I wanted you to know you're not the only one having problems!

PS: When I put my sim card back in the dext and turned it on my facebook contacts were missing from there too!
