Facebook on Nokia 5800 XpressMusic?

I used to be able to access facebook on this new nokia phone.. now its just repeatedly showing me the login screen. I'll enter my details, and press LOGIN - then it redirects me BACK to the login screen with blank e-mail entry box and blank password box. It is driving me crazy as it used to work fine, I dont understand what is wrong here. Please only reply if you have a useful and accurate answer, or if you have the same phone.

When you type in a password on a mobile the first letter always by default appears as a capital. You can't see that it is a capital because of the star that appears. There will be a button you can press to make the first letter a lower case letter.
