Can anyone advice me on the customer service section, the one where you have to rank 1-3 with 1 being the best option
Example:
A customer is struggling with her trolley, what do you do?
a) stop and help her immediately
b) stop and ask if she needs help
c) finish your task then go back to help her
Or
A customer comes in looking to buy an iron, what do you do?
a) Ask more questions on type of product
b) Show what irons are on promotion
c) Will show her a selection of irons
