fake caller id app for Android market?

i got this new app on my behold two from the android market and it is supposed be really good but whenever i try to call someone off of it i starts to call some out of area Number please help
 
That's how it works. It calls another number, & the person you're calling, then connects you. If you called straight though, it couldn't fake your ID.
