Fake Dish network charge for $198.00??!?!?!?

Sunday night I spent about $15.00 or so on eyeslipsface.com and Monday morning I got an email stating that I had a one-time Dish fee for $198.00 on my Chase card that I used to make the purchase. Weird thing is, I have Comcast. I am wondering if maybe I have a virus or something?
 
call Chase and cancel your credit card and tell them about the wrong charge.

You have been a victim of fraud.
