I went to jail for 3 days for a domestic violence and child cruelty - however the situation was completely different! My husband also has a domestic violence charge. While in jail, my husband filed for divorce and took all four of my children to another city with himself and his drug abusing parents! What are my rights??? I have court in six days again.
