fancy dress... hollywood theme...HELP!!?

Im 16 and im goin to a hollywood/ movie theme fancy dress party. i need help in finding out what to wear. i know there are loads of things but i want something can will look hollywood/ movie but where i will not look silly if im the only that turns up in fancy dress. please please help.

how about a white pleated dress, similar to marilyn munroe and nice white high heals. that way you wont look out of place

Just choose a nice elegant dress like going to the oscars or pick a lovely black dress and go as Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffanys so that if no one else is in fancy dress you'll blend in

why dont you find a nice dress that looks like one that someone wore down the red carpet, then you can say you are the actress or you can just say you liked the dress
