Fancy dress? Popstars / Movie Stars!?

Yeah so I need a fancy dress outfit for Saturday (3 days time) Arghh!
I have long dark hair, blue eyes, tanned skin...
I have no idea what do go as, plus I'd like to wear black.
I need it to be cheap too.
It also needs to be either popstars or movie star costumes.
 
Depending on how daring you are, You could go as Cher as she often wore black. If you're really brave you could do the If I Could Turn Back Time outfit she wears in the video because that would be fairly cheap as all you would need is a body stocking and pull ups. glitter it up a bit and maybe a few carefully placed rips and holes, knee high boots and a leather jacket. Back comb your hair and away me tidies!! Good luck whoever you decide to go as.
