Francesca Brielle

My MIL's name is Fannie Bell BUT I would never name a child that these days.

I thought Francesca Brielle would be a good name to honor her. I don't like -belle- names either so I had to alter both names.

WDYT? Does it work? DO you like the name in general?
I like Briella a lot too, but can't move it to 1st name spot. She will have a Brittany and two Briannas as 1st cousins. Too much Bri :0)

In the UK, a "fanny" is slang for vagina, so people in the UK would probably just giggle.

Francesca Brielle is sweet though, I think it would be a nice way to honour your MIL. I love the name Belle though, and also Bella

Ok, personally I like the name Fannie, but a lot of people wont like it and she might get teased a lot when she is at school especially when she is a young teenager.

I like Franscensa and then Fran as a nickname. It is still honouring her but a more modern take. I love honouring your family in your babie's name.

Not a big fan of Brielle but you cant be teased for it and if you love it go for it.

Franscesca Brielle is wonderful

Good luck and congratulations!!!

Francesca Brielle is very cute! I've always thought Cesca or Chess would be so cute for a nickname. Brielle Francesca would be cute too. Brielle is one of my favorite names.
