fashion emergency!!! help?

everything from clothes to makeup!!
where do you buy your clothes what kind of makeup do you wear!!
 
some days i go to high class places, Hollister, Pac Sun.. those kinds
but i've also learned that (aside from some of the crap) Good Will, and Salvation army can have some good finds for cheap. like last weekend i found this extremely adorable white halter dress, and a peach belt, and some peep toe heels at Salvation Army. thats a total of $12. its not dior or Versace, but it can work :)
i buy my make up from the local beauty salon...
