Fast, Inexpensive internet service?

I live kinda out in the middle of nowhere and have the slowest internet ever! Could anyone recommend any providers that would have fast service and is inexpensive...and that I could get out here? I currently have peoplepc 28kbps

If you are not able to get DSL through your phone company, or through cable TV, the next alternative are the cards from sprint, or Nextel, or AT&t that plug into you PC and than you are able to connect to the internet. They run about $50 for the card and upwards of $50 per month for internet useage. NOT cheap, but probably the only way if you are in the middle of no where

I suggest using Cable, DSL, or Satalite.

Cable- Time Warner Cable, Cox, Comcast

DSL- ATT, SBC, etc.

Satalite- I dunno
