If you are looking for performnce, speed and handling you're looking at the wrong typew of vehicle. SUVs are notoriously bad handling, slow and heavy.
If you need some cargo capacity but you also require style, speed and high performance then look at a sportswagon. Something like a BMW 328i, the Volvo V70r or the Dodge Magnum Hemi.
