Fatty stomach, I'm only 17.?

I'm a 17 year old male, and I have a dilemma. I have a belly. I mean, it's not hanging over my jeans, but you can see that pot-belly style t shirt thing going on. My question, how can I loose that layer of fat covering my stomach muscles? I walk almost everyday, and ride my bike often. I do admit I eat alot of chocolate, cake, biscuits instead of fruit between meals. I can't really have healthier meals because my mother cooks for the whole family and already cooks moderately healthy. I do ab crunches and sit ups, and have recently starting sitting up straight in an effort to loose that belly. It just doesn't seem to work. Any advice? Thanks
